Board of Directors

Copperbelt Development Foundation Limited (CDFL), has a Board of Directors comprising  directors from diverse sectors. The Board is advised by the Community Advisory Panel (CAP) which comprises district planning officers from local government, representatives of traditional leaders and members of the community. The advice from the CAP is then used by the Board to formulate goals to be implemented by management. The Board supervises, on a non-executive basis, the management which is headed by the Managing Director through quarterly board meetings.
