Joined the CDFL on 1st November 2012. He has over 13 years of experience in the design & supervision of construction projects having worked for Ranking Engineering Consultants (3 yrs), Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (9 yrs) and Nkana Water & Sewerage Company (1 yr) before joining the Foundation. He holds a Diploma and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Copperbelt University. He is a Registered Engineer & a full Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia.
